4. front headlight/shock mounts

I fabricated the flush-mounted headlight/shock mounts from 4130 steel that was heat-treated to 41 Rockwell.

¨       How:

o     with elliptical flange set into frame sub-structure, which is then welded into frame

o     wires are inside the tube of the mount

o     all wires are enclosed in the front of the
cross member with stainless steel cover
